great stay in the heart

i found the location convenient, right inside the pile gate. the staff was always helpful, ready to assist with any request. the rooftop restaurant definitely stands out, offering amazing views. i took several photos to capture the fine scenery from up there.
the room i had was slightly smaller than it was in the pictures.

the staff offered seamless airport pickup and drop-off services. they readily provided information about the city's attractions and responded promptly to any inquiries i had.

breakfast took place on the rooftop and featured diverse options. my room was equipped with modern amenities including bathrobes and slippers. the rooftop restaurant offered an excellent menu, but i didn't try it.

a wonderful experience

the hotel staff were genuinely interested in making everyone feel welcome and comfortable. i appreciated their quick action when our bag was delayed. they immediately contacted the airport and ensured the bag arrived in my room within an hour. this level of care.
the room was a bit snug for two people, and it was up three flights of stairs. the air conditioning was difficult to control, it was either too cold or off.

the reception staff were very helpful. they provided quick responses to all our requests. the hotel offers private transport arrangements, simplifying travel logistics .
